Best 5-Ingredient Gluten Free Protein Cookie

I saw a viral recipie for this online, but when I tried it it was a little too dry. This is modified this to be moist and filling! I love eating this as a post workout snack. It is also simple to make, as the only measurements you need are within a spoon. You can omit the toppings, or add some freshly chopped fruit or nuts.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 tablespoons Gluten Free protein powder
  • 2 table spoons Gluten Free coco powder
  • 2 tablespoons milk (any milk willl be fine)
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter OR peanut butter powder
  • Chocolate chips

Steps

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and top with chocolate chips.
